Privacy policy

Sophie is a conversational event-design service. You tell her about an event; she returns a design board and an itemized rental list. This policy describes exactly what we collect while doing that, what we do with it, and what we never do.

What we collect

• Your conversation with Sophie — the messages you type or speak, which become your event design brief (occasion, date, guest count, venue type, budget, food and drink preferences, and similar event details).
• Photos you choose to share — inspiration images or a photo of your venue, if you upload them.
• Contact details you choose to give — a name and a phone number or email, so a proposal can reach you. You may decline; the interview completes either way.

If you connect Pinterest

Connecting Pinterest is optional and happens only when you click "let Sophie read your board" and approve access on Pinterest's own consent screen. When you do:

• We request read-only access (your profile, boards, and pins). We never post, edit, or delete anything on your Pinterest account.
• We read the board you select once, at your request, to distill a short written taste profile — colors, materials, styles, and recurring motifs.
• We do not store your pins or pin images. Only the short written profile is kept with your design brief, as Pinterest's developer policy requires.
• Your Pinterest content is never used to generate imagery and never used to train any AI model.
• Your access token is stored only to complete your session. You can revoke Sophie's access at any time in your Pinterest settings under connected apps.

How your information is used

• To conduct the design interview and produce your board: styled visualizations, a palette, a menu draft, and an itemized rental list.
• To prepare a proposal — your brief and board are shared with the event team (and, where relevant, their rental and catering partners) so they can price and deliver your event.
• Photos of your venue, if provided, are used only to stage the design into your space. Inspiration photos and Pinterest content inform the design as written description only — they are never fed into image generation.

Who processes it

Sophie runs on infrastructure and AI services that process data on our behalf: Anthropic (conversation and design intelligence), Google (image generation for your board's visualizations), and Fly.io (hosting). Each receives only what's needed to provide the service. We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your brief, board, and conversation are kept while your event inquiry is active so the team can follow up on your proposal. To have your information deleted, email chat@comrse.ai with your board link or the name and contact you gave Sophie, and we'll remove it.

Cookies and accounts

There are no accounts and no tracking cookies. Your browser stores a single session identifier locally so you can return to your conversation and board.

Children

Sophie is intended for adults planning events and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes to how Pinterest data is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
